TOMATO CHICKEN/ MURGH

Tomato chicken or murgh is basically Punjabi style recipe with having good flavor and taste of chicken with tomatoes and other ingredients. It is very simple recipe of chicken that will give you delicious  taste and flavor.

Preparation time  :-   30 minutes
Serve to person    :-    4 No

Ingredients 

Chicken                           :-   500 g
Onion                             :-    3 No
Tomatoes                       :-     5 No
Ginger                           :-    1/2 tbsp
Garlic                             :-    1 tbsp
Cinnamon stick               :-   1 No
clove                               :-    3 No
whole Red Chilly            :-   3 No
Cooking Oil                    :-    2 tbsp
Cumin seed                     :-    1 tsp
Coriander Powder          :-     1 tsp
Turmeric Powder           :-     1/4 tsp
Red Chilly Powder          :-      1/2 tsp
Salt                                 :-       To Taste
Chicken Masala               :-      1 tsp
Lemon Juice                    :-       1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves              :-     Garnish



Method:-

  1. First take pot and boil the 2 Medium No of Onion and  5 No Tomatoes. After the boiled remove  it and add in to the blender pot.
  2. In the same blender pot add Ginger, Garlic, Cinnamon stick, Clove, Whole red chilly and make the fine paste and keep a side.
  3. Take the pan add cooking oil and heat up then add 1 No slice of onion and cumin seed and fry to golden brown color.
  4. Then add chicken pieces the fry the chicken around 5 minutes to cook well to golden color.
  5. Then pour the tomato paste and cook the chicken in to the paste around 5 Minutes till chicken has a juice nature.
  6. Now add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and cook the masala well for next 2 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle the salt , chicken masala and lemon juice at the final stage.
  8. Check the chicken should cook well, juice and tender. Then garnish with coriander leaves. serve hot.
NOTE:- 
  1. You can boiled the onion and tomato together.
  2. Don`t boiled the chicken as prior.
  3. Ud water as u want for gravy constancy.
