Ingredients
Rava (Semolina) :- 1 cup
Cooking oil :- 3 tbsp
Cumin Seed :- 1 tbsp
Mustard Seed :- 1/2 tbsp
Onion (chop) :- 1 No (Medium)
Peanuts :- 1/4 cup
Curry Leaves :- 8-10 No
Potatoes (cube) :- 2 No (Medium)
Green Chilly (chop) :- 2 tbsp
Salt :- To taste
Warm Water :- 2-3 cup
Coriander Leaves :- Garnish
Method
- First roast the rava (semolina) in pan or Kadhai to the brown color, after roast keep a side.
- Take another pan add cooking oil and heat the oil then add cumin seed and mustard seed, fry it to crackle.
- Then add onion and fry the onion until brown color, after add peanuts and cook well the mixture.
- After nuts brown add curry leaves, Potato (boiled) and green chilly cook well around 5 minutes.
- Then add roasted rava ( semolina) mix the mixture well with adding salt to taste.
- Now add warm water and cook the mixture around 10 minutes, cook well.
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
NOTE:-
- Roast the rava (semolina) to brown color not to dark brown.
- You can add potato with or without boil, if You are using potato without boiled make sure the potato would well fry.
- Don`t use cold water, used warm water.
