ALOO UPPAMA

The easy and fast Indian breakfast. this recipe will give u the delicious taste and healthy food.

Preparation time:-    20 min
Serve to Person :-     4 No

Ingredients

Rava (Semolina)         :-    1 cup
Cooking oil                 :-    3 tbsp 
Cumin Seed                :-     1 tbsp
Mustard Seed              :-     1/2 tbsp
Onion (chop)               :-     1 No (Medium)
Peanuts                        :-     1/4 cup
Curry Leaves               :-     8-10 No
Potatoes (cube)            :-    2 No (Medium) 
Green Chilly (chop)     :-    2 tbsp
Salt                               :-    To taste
Warm Water                 :-     2-3 cup
Coriander Leaves         :-     Garnish 

Method 

  1. First roast the rava (semolina) in pan or Kadhai to the brown color, after roast keep a side.
  2. Take another pan add cooking oil and heat the oil then add cumin seed and mustard seed, fry it to crackle.
  3. Then add onion and fry the onion until brown color, after add peanuts and cook well the mixture.
  4. After nuts brown add curry leaves, Potato (boiled) and green chilly cook well around 5 minutes.
  5. Then add roasted rava ( semolina) mix the mixture well with adding salt to taste.
  6. Now add warm water and cook the mixture around 10 minutes, cook well.
  7. Finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.  
NOTE:-
  1.  Roast the rava (semolina) to brown color not to dark brown.
  2.  You can add potato with or without boil, if You are using potato without boiled make sure the potato would well fry.
  3. Don`t use cold water, used warm water.
