BAINGAN BHARTA

Baingan Bharta

A Baingan Bharta is a very famous dish all over in the India. this dish is prepared by Baingan (Eggplant/ Brinjal) along with a lot of flavoring and tempting agent used. the following recipe will help you to learn easy at home.

Preparation time:- 20 min
Person to serve :- 4 no

Ingredients


Brinjal/Eggplant                   :-     2 no
Cooking Oil                          :-     2 tbsp
Mustard seed                        :-     1/2  tsp
Cumin seed                           :-     1/2  tsp
Curry leaves                          :-     5-6 no
Garlic (chop)                        :-      1 tbsp
Onion  (chop)                       :-     1 Medium No
Green chilly (split)               :-    3 no
Pea                                        :-    1 cup
Tomato                                 :-    1/2 Medium no
Coriander Powder                :-    1/2 tsp
Red chilly Powder                :-     1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder                  :-    1/4 tsp 
Cumin Powder                      :-    1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder         :-     1/2 tsp 
Salt                                        :-     To taste 
Coriander leaves                   :-     Garnish      


Method
  •        First Roast the Brinjal/ Eggplant, Remove the skin and chop it well.
  •        Also chop the onion and tomato.
  •       Now take a pan add cooking oil and heat it, after that add mustard seed and cumin seed        crackle  them.
  •      Then add curry leaves and garlic saute it well to fragrant the flavorful of garlic.
  •      Then add onion and saute to light brown color. 
  •     Then add other vegetable like  green chilly, pea  and tomatoes cook well untill tender.
  •     Add all Powder Masale like ( coriander Powder, Red chilly Powder, Turmeric Powder,        Cumin Powder) Saute them well to cook mixture.
  •    Then add roasted Brinjal/ Eggplant mix it well to all Masala. Add salt to taste.
  •   Sprinkle the Garam Masala and Covr with Coriander leaves 
  •    Serve hot with Bread or (Indian Bread Chapati or Roti)
Note:-
  •    Add little water after Powder Masala for having slightly cook the Masala.
