CURD CHICKEN CURRY


CURD CHICKEN CURRY

The very delicious tasty chicken curry with curd base. This recipe will give you excellent choice of taste with simple method. 

Preparation Time     :-      30 min
Serve to Person       :-       4 No

Ingredients 

Chicken                        :-       500 g
Curd                              :-      1 cup
Dry Coconut                   :-    1 tbsp
Onion  (chop)                :-     3 No
Chana Dal                     :-    1 tbsp
Cooking Oil                   :-    2 tbsp
Cumin Seed                  :-    1 tsp
Black Cardamon           :-     2 No
Star aniseed                  :-    2 No
Cinnamon Stick            :-    1 No
Bay leaves                     :-     2 No
Black Pepper Corn        :-     1 tsp 
Ginger Garlic Paste        :-      1 tbsp
Cumin powder               :-       1 tsp
Coriander Powder           :-       1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder            :-        1/2  tsp
Red Chilly Powder           :-        1 tbsp
Chicken Masala               :-         1 tbsp
Salt                                   :-        To taste
Kasuri Methi                    :-        1 tbsp
Coriander leaves              :-      Garnish


Method

  • First take blender pot add dry coconut, onion and chana dal and blend it  to make the fine paste.
  • Now take Pan or Kadhai add Cooking oil, heat it up then add spices like cumin seed, black cardamon, star aniseed, cinnamon stick, pepper corn, bay leaves and saute it well to release the flavor. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute it for 1 min, sprinkle the little water for well cook to mixture.
  • Then add onion paste and cook the paste for 10 min for slightly brown colour.
  • then add all powder masala ( cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, and cook the masalas well. 
  • Then add chicken mix well that all masala apply to chicken in all way. Then add curd and mix it well.
  • Cook the mixture around 10 min then sprinkle the chicken masala and season with salt. 
  • Now cover the pan with lid and cook the chicken around 30 min. untill the chicken will tender and juicy. when chicken has tander then sprinkle with kasuri methi and garnish with Corinder leaves 
  • Serve hot with rice and roti. 

Note:-

  • After ginger garlic paste add to pan the add little water for better to release the flavor and now to stick the paste to pan.
